I recently attended the art fair, Arco de Trienal in Madrid, where the two great cultural institutions of Latin America came together for the first time as MoMA PS1, in collaboration with the Mead Art Museum of Amherst. It was a thrilling occasion, as one of the few cultural enclaves between the USA and Spain in the capital city.
